Part-Time Office Manager

Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Front Office Manager to join our team at Murray Car Care Center, a local car repair shop in Murray.
As the face of our business, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they feel welcome and confident in our services. This part-time role offers flexible hours and a great opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries, appointments, and service needs.
• Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate service schedules.
• Handle customer check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth process.
• Maintain an organized front office, including filing documents and updating customer records.
• Process payments and prepare invoices.
• Coordinate between customers and the service team to provide updates on repair status.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as ordering office supplies.

Experience

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (email, scheduling software, etc.).
• A positive and professional attitude.
• Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
