Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes, and the ability to read and interpret schematics.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crew to ensure project objectives are met.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Read and interpret schematics to guide the team in executing project plans accurately.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Skills

• Proven experience in construction management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while supervising a team.
• Strong knowledge of schematics and the ability to build from detailed plans.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
