Murray County is taking applications for a full-time Human Resources Director. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

This position assists the County Administrator and conducts the administration of employee benefits, recruitment process, orientation, job descriptions, employee records, evaluations, employee policies and procedures and research. This position provides back up support to the County Board and assists with meeting agendas and minutes.
Qualifications:
- Four-year degree in human resources, business management or public administration
- Three years of experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the requisite knowledge and abilities for this position.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in related field
- SHRM Certified.
Compensation: $35.64 - $46.33 per hour
