Murray Hill Veterinary Associates is a fast-paced, high-quality multi-doctor general small animal practice, is looking for an outstanding Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities include managing busy phone lines, appropriately booking patient appointments, cheerfully and professionally greeting clients, properly processing payments, and ensuring the highest level of customer service is promoted at all times.
The right person is a team player who is a compassionate listener with highly developed communication and decision-making skills while working in a high energy environment. Attention to detail and a high level of computer proficiency are a must and a flexible work schedule - evenings and Saturdays are a must.
