Responsibilities:
-Keeping communication open with the customer and updating throughout their experience with Murray Lake Marina
-To create a superior and positive experience for both the customer and employees
-Prepare work orders and answer any customer questions
-Up sell parts and service to ensure customer satisfaction with maintaining their boat/motor, etc.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of marine technicians
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the marine industry
- Strong knowledge of marine equipment assembly, and maintenance
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair marine equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers for sales or service purposes
