Responsibilities
• Achieving on-target earnings as outlined in the business plan.
• Monitoring new and renewal revenue, client retention percentage, and overall results.
• Understanding a prospect's business model and using a risk management approach to secure the company's insurance portfolio.
• Providing outstanding service to an existing book of business and looking for opportunities to increase revenue by cross-selling additional products that will enhance the client's business insurance protection plan.
• Negotiating insurance coverage terms and conditions with management teams after determining the client's commercial insurance needs against available insurance products.
• Implementing various networking strategies to maintain relationships and grow the customer base.
• Staying current on insurance coverage provisions, changes within the insurance industry, new regulations, and pertinent legislation to ensure customers understand their coverage terms and insurance services.
• Supporting the client's efforts to head off potential insurance claims by presenting them with reliable risk management services.

• Must have or be willing to obtain a P&C and LAH license.
• Proficiency in IT.
