    • Your Role as a Real Estate Sales Agent :

  • Stay in touch with clients to grow and maintain relationships.
  • Build connections that lead to new sales opportunities.
  • Meet with buyers and sellers to understand their needs and match them with the right properties.
  • Host open houses to showcase listings and generate interest.
  • Manage transactions from listing to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Stay informed about the market and be the go-to expert for your community.

    • Real Estate Sales Agent Requirements :

  • Must have an active Real Estate License.
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a licensed real estate agent.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using real estate tools and platforms.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.

    Pay :

    48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year

    Benefits : Flexible schedule

    Schedule : Monday to Friday

    Self-determined schedule

    Weekend availability

    Supplemental pay types :
