Type of Position: Direct Hire
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Oversee administrative support for the office.
- Coordinate internal communications and meetings, manage conference room needs
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring professional and efficient communication.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Perform data entry and maintain databases, records, and filing systems
- Travel & Entertainment Submissions (expense reporting)
- Prepare documents, contracts, or presentations for project-related meetings
- Executive signatures on Employee Agreements
- Manage supplies for office and kitchen
- Manage office technology, software, and systems, liaising with IT support as needed.
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Support HR and Finance functions
- Coordinate large events (cookoff, sporting events, etc.)
- Support CEO with EA duties, when needed
- 3 years of experience in office management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing office challenges.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
