The new team member will enhance tax strategy execution by developing client tax estimates, preparing tax payment vouchers, and providing data-driven insights while maintaining compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in financial planning processes.
Salary Benefits:
- $60,000-$85,000

Type of Position: Direct Hire
Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze client tax estimates (federal/state/trust) using tax planning software.
- Provide tax recommendations and tax planning strategies for clients to advisors.
- Develop client rebalance schedules and asset allocations using Excel.
- Prepare estimated tax payment vouchers for individuals (state/federal) and trusts.
- Populate and analyze outputs from financial planning software.
- Prepare client billing invoices.
- Gather data for quarterly investment committee meetings.
- Perform other analytical tasks/projects on as needed basis.
- Perform administrative tasks on as needed basis.
- Enrolled Agent, CPA, or in the process of obtaining CPA designation
- Minimum 3 years of individual tax preparation experience
- Strong preference for candidates with experience preparing individual federal/state/trust tax returns
- Very high attention to detail and ability to conceptually understand big picture concepts
- Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously with varying deadlines
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Quick learner
- Self-starter
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop continuous improvements within their role
- High degree of integrity and judgment
- Understanding of investments is not required for this role
