Job Description

A well-established consumer electronics company is looking for a Warehouse Associate to perform various functions in the warehouse. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized candidate with knowledge of shipping & receiving processes and best practices. Reporting to the Warehouse or Operations Manager, the new hire will drive operational excellence by performing job functions with the highest level of accuracy & efficiency while maintaining compliance with standards.

Location: Farmers Branch, TX 75244

Type of Position: Temp-to-Hire

M-F 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Assist shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, and checking in product.
• Prepare orders by processing requests and supply order; pull materials; pack boxes; place orders in delivery area.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.
• Maintain inventory controls by performing cycle counts.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
• Wear proper safety equipment.
• Perform home security pairing and programming.
  
  

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift Operation Certification preferred
• Dependable and reliable
• Good communication, organizational, time management, and mathematical skills
• Data entry and computer skills may be required
