We are seeking a Temporary Data Analyst to assist with a data consolidation project. This fully remote position is a 3-month contract role, and we will provide all necessary equipment.
Ideal for a junior analyst, college student, or someone with experience in data management
Pay $25-30 / hr
Location : Houston, TX area – REMOTE
Responsibilities :
Update and audit approximately 7,500 accounts in Salesforce.
Identify and resolve duplicate accounts.
Standardize naming conventions and update market segment classifications.
Conduct research to connect site addresses with another data source.
Utilize Excel (pivot tables, data navigation, and analysis) to support data entry and validation.
Qualifications :
Intermediate Excel skills (ability to navigate and use pivot tables)
Salesforce experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Experience with data consolidation and digital filing is preferred
This role requires a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision, meet deadlines, and ensure data accuracy.
