Location: Houston, TX
Type of Position: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, design, and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, email campaigns, and social media content.
- Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms with relevant content and property listings.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to execute branding and advertising campaigns.
- Create and edit content for newsletters, press releases, and other company communications.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and other vendors to produce high-quality marketing assets.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across all platforms and materials.
- Organize and maintain the marketing database, including project management tools and contact lists.
- Manage timelines and project deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide general administrative support to the Marketing Director as needed.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, demographics, and competitive insights within the commercial real estate industry.
- Collect and analyze data on property values, occupancy rates, and lease/sales comparables to support business development.
- Prepare comprehensive market reports, presentations, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and strategies.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, research, or a related role
- Commercial Real Estate experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Experience with GIS mapping tools and property databases such as CoStar or LoopNet
- Experience with CRM software, email marketing platforms, and social media tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong project management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
