A leading full-service commercial real estate firm is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives and business development efforts. The ideal candidate is a creative and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for market research. Working collaboratively, the new team member will enhance brand visibility by developing marketing materials, analyzing industry trends, and supporting strategic campaigns while ensuring consistency and effectiveness in all marketing efforts.
Salary Additional Benefits :

Location : Houston, TX
Type of Position : Direct Hire
Responsibilities :
Assist in the development, design, and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, email campaigns, and social media content.
Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms with relevant content and property listings.
Collaborate with the Marketing Director to execute branding and advertising campaigns.
Create and edit content for newsletters, press releases, and other company communications.
Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and other vendors to produce high-quality marketing assets.
Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across all platforms and materials.
Organize and maintain the marketing database, including project management tool and contact lists.
Manage timelines and project deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
Provide general administrative support to the Marketing Director as needed.
Conduct market research to identify trends, demographics, and competitive insights within the commercial real estate industry.
Collect and analyze data on property values, occupancy rates, and lease / sales comparables to support business development.
Prepare comprehensive market reports, presentations, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and strategies.
Requirements :
2-5 years of experience in marketing, research, or a related role.
Commercial Real Estate experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Experience with GIS mapping tools and property databases such as CoStar or LoopNet
Experience with CRM software, email marketing platforms, and social media tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong project management abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
