A fast-growing company in the plumbing services industry is seeking a Regional Vice President to oversee operational and financial performance across multiple service locations. The ideal candidate is a strategic and results-driven leader with a strong background in multi-site service management and business growth. Working collaboratively, the new leader will enhance business performance by driving operational efficiencies, optimizing service delivery, and developing high-performing teams while ensuring alignment with company objectives and maintaining a strong customer focus.

Salary Additional Benefits :

  • 150,000-$165,000 bonus

Type of Position : Direct Hire

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the regional service operations as a strategic partner, ensuring seamless execution of company strategies across multiple locations.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual performance versus plan, maintaining or exceeding budgeted financial targets.
  • Oversee operational processes, customer relationships, and regional service delivery to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Assess business operations, analyzing people, processes, and technology to provide recommendations for maximum optimization.
  • Lead regional leadership teams in policy, procedure, and operational excellence.
  • Utilize data and insights to drive strategic decision-making, operational improvements, and financial performance enhancements.
  • Oversee fractional partnerships, training programs, customer contracts, and agreements within the region.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and accountability within cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive company growth, stability, and market leadership.
  • Evaluate and optimize service operations by developing new policies and procedures, establishing regional goals, conducting audits, and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Play a key role in shaping the regional team’s vision by enabling them to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance regional performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in service-based industries, preferably plumbing, mechanical, or related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience successfully leading a multi-site service organization with a strong track record of business growth
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience in business operations, service management, or related fields will be considered
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  • Experience analyzing financial and operational data to drive business decisions
  • Ability to maintain a safe, efficient, and customer-focused work environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Excellent analytical skills, financial acumen, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in business reporting, process improvement, and operational strategy
  • Ability to present information effectively and engage with stakeholders at all levels
