Responsibilities :
Lead the regional service operations as a strategic partner, ensuring seamless execution of company strategies across multiple locations.Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual performance versus plan, maintaining or exceeding budgeted financial targets.Oversee operational processes, customer relationships, and regional service delivery to drive efficiency and quality.Assess business operations, analyzing people, processes, and technology to provide recommendations for maximum optimization.Lead regional leadership teams in policy, procedure, and operational excellence.Utilize data and insights to drive strategic decision-making, operational improvements, and financial performance enhancements.Oversee fractional partnerships, training programs, customer contracts, and agreements within the region.Foster a culture of excellence and accountability within cross-functional teams.Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive company growth, stability, and market leadership.Evaluate and optimize service operations by developing new policies and procedures, establishing regional goals, conducting audits, and making data-driven recommendations.Play a key role in shaping the regional team’s vision by enabling them to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvements.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance regional performance and customer satisfaction.Requirements :
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in service-based industries, preferably plumbing, mechanical, or related fieldsMinimum of 5 years of experience successfully leading a multi-site service organization with a strong track record of business growthBachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience in business operations, service management, or related fields will be consideredStrong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teamsExperience analyzing financial and operational data to drive business decisionsAbility to maintain a safe, efficient, and customer-focused work environmentStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectivelyExcellent analytical skills, financial acumen, and attention to detailProficiency in business reporting, process improvement, and operational strategyAbility to present information effectively and engage with stakeholders at all levelsDue to the high volume of applications we typically receive, we regret that we are not able to personally respond to all applications.
