Salary : $20-$23.00 Hourly
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative / Parts Associate to build strong customer relationships, support administrative operations, and assist with parts management in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
What Youll Do
- Greet customers warmly and assist with check-ins, authorizations, and vehicle condition forms.
- Provide updates on repair progress and explain processes, including insurance, payments, rentals, and timelines.
- Answer and direct calls professionally, schedule appointments, and handle DRP assignments promptly.
- Create RO files, coordinate vehicle drop-offs, and manage related paperwork.
- Assist with checking in and mirror matching received parts for accuracy and damage.
- Store parts in the appropriate area and ensure they are properly issued to technicians.
- Verify invoices have PO numbers and coordinate with vendors regarding repair time adjustments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, front office, and parts storage area.
- Submit customer information for weekly service reviews and assist as needed in other areas.
- Support general facility maintenance and organization.
