We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to build strong customer relationships and support administrative operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers warmly and assist with check-ins, authorizations, and vehicle condition forms.
- Provide updates on repair progress and explain processes, including insurance, payments, rentals, and timelines.
- Answer and direct calls professionally, schedule appointments and handle DRP assignments promptly.
- Create RO files, coordinate vehicle drop-offs, and manage related paperwork.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, front office, and kitchen.
- Manage office calendars, invoices, accounts receivable, and final billing preparations.
- Submit customer information for weekly service reviews and assist as needed in other areas
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail setting.
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in sales, call centers, or POS/management systems is a plus.

- Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Qualifications
- Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs ocasionally.
- Extended periods of standing, sitting, and performing repetitive motions.
