Re-Finish Technician- Fix Auto Port Orchard

Paint Technician – $22–$25/hour flat rate – No weekends, no limits!

Join our busy, modern Tesla collision repair facility as a Paint Technician, where you'll apply your skills in refinishing and color matching to restore vehicles to their best condition—all in a clean, fast-paced, and team-focused environment.

• Perform all paint and refinish procedures to OEM and shop standards
• Mix, match, and blend paint colors using waterborne systems
• Apply primer, sealer, base coat, and clear coat with precision
• Sand, mask, and prep vehicles for refinishing
• Keep booth and workspace clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all OSHA and safety guidelines using required PPE
• Keep Trello system updated as vehicles move through the paint process

• 2–5 years of automotive painting/refinishing experience required
• Strong skills in color matching, topcoat application, and blending
• Experience with waterborne basecoat systems preferred
• I-CAR or ASE Paint Certification a plus
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-focused
  
• Availability: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
