Role Overview: Customer Success Manager
The Customer Success Manager serves as the main point of contact for their outside sales partner and plays a key role in supporting and developing the sales region. This position requires a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to communicate effectively with the sales, marketing, and product teams.
Responsibilities include daily check-ins with the outside sales partner, support with scheduling meetings and demonstrations, and establishing initiatives to encourage customer growth and increase revenue conversion. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
You will have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and at least 5 years of senior level customer service experience. Proficiency in working with SAP or similar ERP systems and Salesforce or similar CRM systems is also required.
