Your key responsibilities will include conducting daily check-ins with your outside sales partner, providing support with scheduling meetings and demonstrations, and establishing initiatives to encourage customer growth and increase revenue conversion. You will also be responsible for communicating common customer behaviors to the sales, marketing, and product teams, and developing new and existing relationships across your customer base.
You will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions. Proficiency in working with SAP or similar ERP systems and Salesforce or similar CRM systems is also required.
