Call Center Representative

Murrells Inlet Dental Group is seeking a friendly and organized Call Center Representative to join our team in person. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity to work in a professional and supportive dental office.

Duties

• Answer inbound calls and assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments.
• Provide information about dental services, insurance, and office policies.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up on missed appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions in the system.
• Handle basic billing inquiries and direct complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Collaborate with the front desk and dental team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in a call center, dental office, or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software.
• Friendly and professional attitude with a focus on patient care.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: $18.50 - $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
