As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the heartbeat of our Front Desk operations, ensuring every guest feels at home from the moment they arrive. What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional guest service by warmly addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and seamless guest experiences.
- Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with accuracy and efficiency.
- Help guests navigate any technological challenges they may encounter during their stay.
