Position Summary: Support machine uptime by assisting with material handling, set-up, and organization on the production floor.
Responsibilities:
Job Setup Support:
- Retrieve and deliver materials from the warehouse.
- Assist in loading coils onto tables and reels.
- Provide scrap tubs and necessary dunnage (pallets, containers, etc.).
Job Tear Down Support:
- Return unused material to the warehouse.
- Transport full scrap tubs and finished parts.
- Assist with banding unused material coils.
Additional Duties:
- Move dies between Stamping and Tool Maintenance.
- Maintain organization through 5S principles.
- Proactively stage items to prevent delays.
- Manage the lube storage area.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Material handling experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Forklift Experience (Certification Preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
- This role requires mobility, independent judgment, and physical activity
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift to at least 25 pounds
- Great hand eye coordination
- Good reaction time
- Responsibilities may change as needed.

- Monday to Friday (Potential Saturdays)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
