We're growing—and we’re looking for a Quality Engineer to lead key quality initiatives and help us exceed customer expectations. This role plays a critical part in supporting our Quality Management System, improving product performance, and driving continuous improvement across all stages of development and production.
💼 What You’ll Do:
- Lead and organize quality activities aligned with company goals
- Develop quality plans, documentation, and inspection processes
- Analyze data, identify trends, and recommend improvements
- Work closely with customers during design, production, and delivery
- Support and enhance our quality systems and regulatory compliance
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years in a manufacturing quality role
- Experience with control plans, PPAP, and continuous improvement
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field preferred
