Desktop Support Technician / IT Field Technician
Location : St. Louis, MO
Pay Rate : $20.00 / HR W2
Hours : Full time, M-F, 8am-5pm
Duration : Open-ended contract, likely to turn permanent
Description :
You will spend 2 days a week onsite working with one of customer’s end users. The other 3 days will be spent handling DELL warranty repairs for end clients throughout metro area
- Work on the incidents assigned by Service Desk which would include support for non-standard workstations, LAN, servers, scan guns, printers, or other IT related hardware and / or software
- Oversight of the equipment disposal process
- Provide support for small IT projects
