Job Description:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring financial health, managing risks, and driving strategic growth. The CFO will work closely with executive leadership to develop financial strategies, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with all financial regulations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support company goals.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.
• Manage financial risks, including liquidity, investments, and capital structure.
• Lead and mentor finance, accounting, and treasury teams.
• Establish internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain financial integrity.
• Collaborate with the executive team on business development, mergers, acquisitions, and fundraising activities.
• Present financial reports and performance updates to the board of directors and stakeholders.
• Foster relationships with investors, financial institutions, auditors, and other key stakeholders.
• Manage integrating acquisitions
• Manage costs and close monthly statements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, GAAP, and corporate finance principles.
• Experience in financial planning, risk management, and investment strategies.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
