Job Description
MUSC Health Hospice at Home by BAYADA is currently seeking a skilled Volunteer Coordinator for a Part-Time position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our Volunteer program in surrounding communities, ensuring the delivery of quality volunteer services and administrative support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise the delivery of all volunteer services.
- Partner with office staff to coordinate and supervise administrative volunteer services.
- Recruit, interview, and select volunteers.
- Design and supervise the orientation and training of volunteers.
The Volunteer Coordinator will also facilitate volunteer retention activities, monitor and evaluate volunteers' performance, and ensure regulatory compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation (COPs). Additionally, they will stay current with federal and state volunteer rules and regulations.
