Position / Specialty : Echo Tech

12 week contract

Daily Caseload per tech : 6-7 for 8 hours, 8-9 or 10 hours

Floating Req to Sister Facilities : yes

Years of experience REQ : 1 year

First-timers accepted : Yes

Job Requirements

Required Cert / Lic : BLS, CCI and / or ARDMS

All RTO must be included at time of submission

Approval will be based on

Schedule Information

Will work a varying 5x8 hour shift from 7am-530pm

Weekend REQ : 1-2 weekends / month Sat-Sun 8am-6pm

Is on-call REQ? On call weekday & weekend. Weekday call : 2-3x’s / month, weekend call : 1 time per month

Unit Specific Information

Scrub Color : Navy Blue

Parking Cost : Nights and weekends only. Onetime payment of $20 for a parking pass.

Additional Details

Qualivis : Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have a completed and accurate I-9 form on file.

Copy of Driver's License Required

Copy of Social Security Card is required.

AHA only. RQI acceptable.

Facility would like a copy of all certifications that traveler possess.
