Position / Specialty : OR CST
Shift : Will work 3x12s, nights, 6 : 30p-7a with holiday rotation
Weekend REQ : rotating weekends
Is on-call REQ? (Y / N) : no call
Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs / float between like units / sister facilities? yes
Years of experience REQ : 2 years
Exp Preferred : craniotomy, spine, open abdominal surgery cases
First-timers accepted : Yes
Radiation Badge REQ : Yes, radiation badge must be provided by agency
Trauma Level REQ : Level 1 trauma
Job Requirements
Certs REQ : NBSTSA (MUSC does NOT accept NCCT), BLS
Local Radius : 60 miles
Locals Accepted : Yes, will be considered one case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate
RTO Restrictions for Client Offers : All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs
Guaranteed Hours : Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Called off hours can be broken down to add up to 1 shift
Schedule Information
Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y / N) : Requires managers approval upon request
Unit Specific Information
The Main Operating Room is within a level-one, academic trauma center. There are 21- OR suites which cover all surgical specialties, to include; Trauma, Transplant, Ortho, Neuro, ENT, GU-GYN, and Robotics.
Additional Details
Qualivis : Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have a completed and accurate I-9 form on file
Copy of Driver's License Required
Copy of Social Security Card is required
