Job Details

Vascular CST

Shift : 3x12s 630am-7pm (shifts will be scheduled per unit needs, Monday-Friday. 36 hours / week).

Is on-call REQ? yes, 8-9 call shifts per month, including one weekend

Holiday requirements : Holiday call may be required

Years of experience REQ : 2

Experience required : Must be able to scrub complex vascular cases

First-timers accepted : Not preferred

Job Requirements

Certs REQ : NBSTSA and BLS

Required : Radiation badge

Open to accommodating block schedule? Requires manager's approval upon request

What is the local radius rule? 60 miles

Locals accepted : Yes, on a case by case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate

RTO Restrictions : all RTO must be provided at the time of submission. Approvals based on dept needs

Facility able to call off traveler 1 shift per 2 weeks (pay period)

Schedule Information

Facility would like a copy of all certifications that traveler possess.

Additional Details

Qualivis : Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have a completed and accurate I-9 form on file.

Copy of Social Security Card is required.

AHA only. RQI acceptable.

Salary : $1,720
