Job Details

Vascular CST

Must be able to scrub complex vascular cases

On-call required : 8-9 call shifts per month, including one weekend

Holiday call may be required

Years of experience required : 2

First-timers accepted : Not preferred

Job Requirements

Certifications required : NBSTSA and BLS

Required : Radiation badge

Open to accommodating block schedule : Requires manager's approval upon request

Local radius rule : 60 miles

Locals accepted : Yes, on a case by case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate

RTO Restrictions : all RTO must be provided at the time of submission

Schedule Information

Shift : 3x12s 630am-7pm (shifts will be scheduled per unit needs, Monday-Friday. 36 hours / week)

Unit Specific Information

Facility able to call off traveler 1 shift per 2 weeks (pay period)

Additional Details

Qualivis : Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have a completed and accurate I-9 form on file

Copy of Driver's License Required

Copy of Social Security Card is required

AHA only. RQI acceptable.

Salary : $1,780
