Job Details
Position / Specialty : Neuro IR Tech / Neuro
Daily Caseload per tech : 4-5
Shift : Will work 5x8 hour shifts, 7am-3 : 30pm
Weekend REQ : N / A
Is on-call REQ? Every 5th weekend and one night per week. Radius should be within 30 minutes during on call.
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No
Floating Req to Sister Facilities : No
Job Requirements
Years of experience REQ : 2 years
First-timers accepted : Yes
Certifications REQ : BLS, ARRT (R), Vascular Interventional Radiology (VI) or CCI (RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist))
Experience REQ : Interventional Radiology and Neuro experience
Radiation Badge REQ : Yes. Radiation badge MUST be provided by agency; MUSC does NOT provide radiation badges to travelers
Schedule Information
Radius rule? Yes, 60 miles. Are locals accepted? Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate
RTO Restrictions : All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on manager / units needs
Guaranteed Hours : Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

Facility would like a copy of all certifications that traveler possess.
Additional Details
Qualivis : Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have a completed and accurate I-9 form on file.
Copy of Driver's License Required
Copy of Social Security Card is required. If the traveler does not have a copy of their SSC and is not using it as a supporting doc on their I9, the facility might accept the SSN by itself.
