Yes, 60 miles. Are locals accepted? Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate Guaranteed Hours : Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks Additional Details Qualivis : Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have a completed and accurate I-9 form on file.
