Position / Specialty : OR RN
Shift : Will work 3x12s, Days, (630a-7p)
Is on-call REQ? (Y / N) : yes, up to 4 call shifts every 4 weeks
Weekend REQ : up to one working weekend shift every 4 weeks.
Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs / float between like units / sister facilities? Yes.
Job Requirements
Years of experience REQ : 2 years strongly preferred
First-timers accepted : Yes
License REQ : SC or Multi State / Compact RN license
Certs REQ : BLS, Radiation Badge (
Radiation badge to be provided by agency)
Trauma Level REQ : Level 1 trauma
Experience strongly preferred : Scrub Experience
Schedule Information
Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y / N) : Requires managers approval upon request.
Local Radius : 60 miles
Locals Accepted : Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate
RTO Restrictions for Client Offers : All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs
Guaranteed Hours : Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Called off hours can be broken down to add up to 1 shift
Unit Specific Information
Scrub Color : Provided
Parking Cost : Parking management office (located 91 presidents street) to obtain parking permit. $20 registration fee for a hang tag which will allow use of the garage. No additional fees. Hang tag will not cover parking in any other locations. If parking outside of the 91 Street Parking Garage, additional fees may be incurred.
Additional Details
Qualivis : Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have a completed and accurate I-9 form on file.
Copy of Driver's License Required
Copy of Social Security Card is required.
