Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs / float between like units / sister facilities? Yes, can be floated to MUSC Health Columbia NE or DT.

Job Requirements

Years of experience REQ : 2 years

License REQ : SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start

Certs REQ : BLS, ACLS, NIH, and PALS

Previous Charge Experience, Epic Experience Required

Schedule Information

Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y / N) : Approval can be requested prior to assignment, but not guaranteed.

Local Radius : 60 miles

Locals Accepted : (Y / N) : Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less the posted bill rate

Guaranteed Hours : Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.

Unit Specific Information

Trauma Level Preferred : Trauma Level I & II

Additional Details

Qualivis : Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have a completed and accurate I-9 form on file.

Copy of I9 or Attestation required - must provide proof of I9 to facility

Copy of Driver's License Required.

Copy of Social Security Card is required per facility.
