(Y / N) : No Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs / float between like units / sister facilities? Yes Job Requirements Years of experience REQ : 2 years of Med Surg experience License REQ : SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start Certs REQ : BLS Required; ACLS Required Special Requirements : IV start skills required, Tele experience preferred Schedule Information Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y / N) : Approval can be requested prior to assignment, but not guaranteed. Local Radius : 60 miles Locals Accepted : (Y / N) : Yes, on a case by case basis at 10% less the posted bill rate Guaranteed Hours : Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
