Directs an organization's financial policies, planning, reporting and controls. Oversees all financial functions including accounting, budget, credit, risk, tax, and treasury. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets / policies / procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.

Education : Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience : 9 years progressive work experience and 4 years management experience
