Additional Job Description
Education :
A master's degree in business administration, information technology, healthcare administration, or related field. Ten (10) years of relevant leadership experience to include IT project management, financial and resource management, strategic planning, workforce / human capital management, legal / compliance is
required. Demonstrated ability to envision, plan and support large-scale, enterprise-wide systems. Academic qualifications, project management experience, certifications in ITIL strongly preferred.
Knowledge / Work Experience :
- Demonstrated success and expertise in IT academic healthcare leadership, including improving customer satisfaction, evaluating innovative technology, managing fiscal performance, and partnering with academic,
research, clinical and business stakeholders to ensure services and support are meeting expected levels of
service, quality, and performance
other MUSC Health System Facilities at least 80-90%. There is a strong in-person culture at MUSC and this role is expected to lead a large team F2F as well as conduct other cross functional and executive / leadership team meetings in person. While there is WFH flexibility as schedules allow relocation to the Charleston area is preferred.
