Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician by the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy (SCBOP)
- Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or Exam for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ExCPT). Failure to maintain certification will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination
- Advanced certification : SC Board of Pharmacy State Certification or other area-specific advanced certification from an approved provider (e.g. ASHP, PTCB)
- Minimum experience : 3 years preferred
- Must be able to :
Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy

Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required
