The MUSC Hollings Cancer Center Office of Community Outreach and Engagement (COE) seeks a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to work as a member of the HPV mobile vaccination unit to conduct community-based vaccination clinics to provide vaccines throughout the state of South Carolina. The MUSC Hollings Cancer Center is committed to maintaining long-term support for the HPV Mobile Vaccination Program, for which this position will play a key role.

35% Community Outreach and Engagement
- Participates in collaboration / vaccination clinic planning meetings with the HPV vaccination mobile unit team and community stakeholders.
- Prioritizes, documents, and completes required tasks for pre-, day of-, and post-vaccination clinic.
- Fosters positive working relationships with the HPV vaccination mobile unit team. Works with the HPV vaccination mobile unit team to coordinate the vaccination clinic schedule.
- Interacts with other members of the COE Office, the HPV vaccination mobile unit team, and community partners to achieve desired results.
- Works flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and overnight stays when necessary to meet the needs of the communities served and in collaboration with community partners for special events.

Minimum Requirements : Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing and two years of related experience as an LPN. Positions in this classificaiton require licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing. Requires certification in Basic Life Support prior to the completion of general orientation.
