Job Details

  • Position / Specialty : Echo Tech
  • Shift : M-F 4x10s (6a-4 : 30p) or 3x12s (6a-6 : 30p)
  • Daily Caseload per tech : 8-12
  • On-call REQ : Yes, call rotation with staff, Noon Sunday to 7am Monday
  • Weekend REQ : Yes, weekend rotation with staff, 8am to Noon on Saturday and Sunday (4hrs each day)
  • Will this traveler float between service lines? No
  • Floating Req to Sister Facilities : No

    • Job Requirements

  • Years of experience REQ : 2 years of experience
  • First-timers accepted : No
  • National Certs REQ : BLS, ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCS, RCCS)
  • Radiation Badge REQ : Yes. Radiation badge MUST be provided by agency; MUSC does NOT provide radiation badges to travelers
  • Special Requirements : Must be willing to train new hires.

    • Schedule Information

  • Open to accommodating block schedule? Approval prior to assignment, but not guaranteed.
  • Local Radius : 60-Miles
  • Locals Accepted : Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less the posted bill rate
  • Guaranteed Hours : Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.

    • Additional Details

  • Qualivis : Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have a completed and accurate I-9 form on file.
  • Copy of Driver's License Required
  • Copy of Social Security Card is required.
  • Qualivis : Please require if nurse is working on a compact license
  • AHA only. RQI acceptable.
