MUSC Health is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our System Integration Management Office (IMO). In this role, you will play an important role in assisting the integration of acquired entities and system-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with MUSC Health’s strategic priorities. As an Analyst in the Integration Management Office, you will work closely with the Integration Management team to help execute major acquisitions, partnerships, and integration projects across the health system.
You will support the collection and analysis of data, assist in tracking integration progress, and help ensure smooth transitions by providing administrative and operational support across multiple functional areas. This role will also involve identifying opportunities for process optimization and assisting in the development of best practices to support successful integration efforts.
As an Analyst, you will help document key decisions, assist in the creation of reports for executive leadership, and track the adherence to governance processes, supporting accountability mechanisms across the health system. You will collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to support the coordination and alignment of strategic priorities, ensuring transparency in decision-making and execution.
This role will provide you with a unique opportunity to gain exposure to high-impact integration initiatives, while supporting the team in achieving MUSC Health’s goals for strategic acquisitions and operational excellence.
