Education and Certifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Administration (MHA), or a related field (required).
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required).
- Certification in Executive Nursing Practice (CENP) or similar (preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in nursing or clinical operations.
- Demonstrated success in driving clinical excellence and managing large, multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven experience with budgeting, strategic planning, and change management.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in healthcare analytics and technology.
