Job Description
Additional Responsibilities: Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to optimize the delivery of care of oncology patients, ensuring relevant safety, regulatory, certification and/or accreditation standards are maintained, and utilize specialized knowledge of anti-cancer therapy, administration, symptom management, and supportive care, while providing education to patients and their families.
Supporting oncology clinical and infusion services in Lancaster, but may be asked to cover other oncology pharmacy clinical specialist areas of responsibility across the system as needed.
Experience: PGY2 Oncology residency training preferred.
Additional Job Description
Education: Doctor of Pharmacy or a Bachelor's degree in pharmacy. Completion of a pharmacy residency is preferred.
Licensure/Certifications: Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist by the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy is required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) with the American Heart Association (AHA) is required before having patient contact.
