Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry, validation, and cleanup in Workday to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Perform routine audits of employee records, organizational structures, and other system data.
- Identify and correct discrepancies within Workday, following established guidelines.
- Support documentation of data management processes and best practices.
- Assist with system testing and validation during Workday updates or process improvements.
- Provide general administrative support for HRIS-related projects as needed.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data management concepts.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently on repetitive tasks.
- Familiarity with Workday or other HRIS platforms is a plus but not required.
- Hands-on experience with Workday and HR data management.
- Exposure to Workday operations and compliance auditing.
- Opportunities to develop technical and analytical skills in a professional setting.
