We require all applicants to have current licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state, as well as BLS certification from an American Heart Association. ACLS certification is also required for most nursing areas within the hospital. We also prefer applicants with certifications in specialized areas such as pediatrics, gerontology, or critical care.
