Administrative Fellowship program is a self-directed program under the supervision of health system leaders and is designed for highly qualified individuals who demonstrate the potential to make significant contributions to the health care administration profession and the organization. Fellows will have the opportunity to attend and participate in meetings, shadowing, and project work. Fellows are encouraged to participate in operational projects that align with their particular interests. The Fellow receives firsthand experience in multiple areas including but not limited to operations, finance, quality, and strategic planning.
