Job Summary
Under the direction of a registered nurse, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients within their span of control. This role involves participating in the care of a defined patient population and assisting with data collection, formulation of plans for patient care, and evaluating outcomes of nursing actions.
- Graduation from a recognized Licensed Practical Nursing program and licensure as an LPN within the state of South Carolina or a compact state
- One year of LPN experience preferred
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, either from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider
