Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technician to join our team at Black River Medical Center.

About the Role

The MRI Technologist will perform all MRI procedures under the direction of the Radiologist and Radiology Director, ensuring patient safety and comfort during procedures. The ideal candidate will possess highly technical skills to operate sophisticated equipment for various examinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures in accordance with ACR, ARRT, state regulations, and departmental policies.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Operate sophisticated equipment for various examinations.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved and accredited A.R.R.T. program.
• Graduate of an approved and accredited MRI program.
• 3-5 years of experience in MRI preferred.

Licenses/Certificates:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
• MRI certification required (ARRT-MR)
• CPR certification required.
• SCRQSA preferred
