Job Description
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for management and oversight of the Well-being Champion Network, including recruitment across the Enterprise, coordination and execution of programming that fosters a collaborative learning environment aimed at supporting better understanding of MUSC’s well-being strategies, resources, and initiatives that support participants in their respective well-being related work at the local and team levels.
- Assists the Director of Enterprise Well-being Strategy and Operations in data analysis for purposes of creating alignment between deployed Well-being programs and initiatives and the needs of the workforce and students.
- Works with well-being programmatic leads and well-being performance analyst to assess utilization and engagement data related to programmatic efforts across the Enterprise with the goal of identifying opportunities for growth and strategic deployment of efforts.
- Assists Director of Strategy and Operations with the Center’s budgeting process, including monthly and annual planning, forecasting, and reconciliation efforts.
- Remains current on national and local mental health and well-being related research and trends for purposes of integration into system and local efforts.
- Coordinates and collaborates with team members, including Well-being Clinicians and Program Manager for Stress First Aid and Peer Support to help deploy education and trainings that are aligned with the needs of entities across the Enterprise.
- Collaborates with communications and marketing teams to ensure Center’s work is effectively disseminated through appropriate internal and external communication channels.
- Creates and delivers presentations on well-being programmatic efforts to various internal and external groups, as needed.
- Provides consultative guidance to individuals, teams, and entities interested in implementing Rejuvenation Stations at worksites across MUSC.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study, 3 years of work experience in healthcare or related field, with experience in program or project management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to groups.
- Ability to travel to various locations across the MUSC Enterprise.
- Ability to organize and maintain different projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment, interacting with all levels of management and staff.
- Knowledge of general administrative office procedures and operation of office equipment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point, web form design
- Ability to build and maintain surveys using Redcap or the like.
