The Musco Construction Services Team is currently seeking a Administrative Assistant to work from our Oskaloosa office. This position will provide support to the Construction Services Team regarding organizing, tracking, and managing new system initiatives. The Musco Construction Services Team is currently seeking a Administrative Assistant to work from our Oskaloosa office. This position will provide support to the Construction Services Team regarding organizing, tracking, and managing new system initiatives. What You Will Do As a Administrative Assistant
- Assist Project Managers by creating assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues.
- Manage calendars and schedules.
- Provide input and reporting on key construction performance indicators.
- Assist Project Managers with communicating project status updates to appropriate Musco Team members.
- Work with Construction Services management team to improve operational processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Review and Approve Project Managers Expense Reports.
- Plan and organize conferences, events, staff training, and employee engagement activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or similar field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be computer oriented with strong Word and Excel skills.
- Team and goal oriented.
